This Deathbird Stories release came with a different instax photo for each one and was tied loosely to Falmouth harbour, with has quite a particular stone structure. Given the transportative nature of the music I used that as a starting point for the portal you see below. This was done with dotwork ink on paper, recoloured digitally and layered over a textured background.
