There wasn’t a particular brief for this CD, but I wanted something fairly photographic, or at least a photographic base image, that I could then warp. The base image for these were photos of an ammonite fossil I have – both the fossil itself and the imprint of it on the rock in which it’s contained. I layered these up with a whole load noise and filters to give a sort of forward accelaration/spiralling affect then layered red and orange over the top and ramped up the saturation. I did the layout on this one too.
