I was asked to do some fleshy inkwork for the Atvm / Thecodontion tour poster so I worked up this amorphous tendril to fit around the brief of ‘just make it something horrid’. Automatic drawing based loosely around leaving gaps for the information, then scribbled back into and embellished as I went and features jumped out at me. This was I think .05 unipin on paper, scanned in and coloured, and layered over some enamel spray marbling textures I had lying around.
