This poster was done for Ryosuke Kiyasu’s third visit to the northeast and I was pretty keen to get at something bespoke for it, so I put together this cosmic horror mass emerging from a snare drum, in keeping with his solo material. Bar the snare, which was very heavily referenced, everything is automatic drawing then worked into and shaded up with source light from whatever plane of insanity exists within the snare drum.
