Effigy was stitched together from material used for the Colony installation, disassembled and reformed into a long hide. This was soaked in bleach in an attempt to bleach it a bit paler and was also covered in salt once installed. This lurked in an attic space at the top of Hoult’s Yard, suspended from its strings and hanging like a lost preserved hide in the dark.
